Can anyone recommend a program for creating PDFs, without scanning, and not only from M'soft products?

My only copy of Acrobat is on our chalet laptop and I'm back in Blighty.

I've seen PDF creator but would prefer a recommendation, and can't use one of those freebie services with an embedded advert.

I use and like Cute PDF, which is FREE and I believe others here have mentioned as well.

I don't care - either way there is room for another half glass of wine.

Apologies for dragging this out, but what's the best way of adding a signature to a PDF? Would I need the paid-for version of Cute PDF?

Or can one add a signature as an image without it looking as though a signature has been added as an image?

Can't answer your question MG, but I can go along with Richard and also vouch for CutePDF which I now use (instead of Acrobat), and I also recommend CuteFTP.
