If you ask them to pay by PayPal as a gift and funded from their bank account or debit card then there are no charges to receive money. Some guests may be unwilling to do this, then give them the option to make a regular payment with a surcharge.

Also, if they're paying from another country ask them to make the payment in your currency rather than theirs so that they pay the foreign exchange fees.
