Unfortunatly the estate agent rang me today to say there was a piece of information they felt may be important regarding the cottage....It is not and cannot be used for sole use its simply a HL property full stop (new one on me)
. didnt go in to ins and outs but said I was no longer interested, what a bloody lot these agents can be at times not mentioning it weeks ago.Its a lovley spot for FHL maybe but as an investment probably not, oh well just keep looking I was so hopeful this time but if its meant to be I will find the right place.
Yes I reckon things may be tough for a few regarding bookings guess it may continue for a year or two unfortunatly but best wishes to you all and thank you.
