Google Maps scam?

Hello,
I am based in Italy and got a telephone call (in italian) this morning by "Google Maps", proposing to enter my activity- it is an Agrotourism- and 5 key words on Google, guaranteeing a first place on Google results, for a "small" amount of 150 Euros, once and for ever.
Now, provided that my business already appears on Google, I have never heard of Google calling anyone for whatsoever reason and I therefore really think that this is a Christmas scam.
What do you think? Anyone experienced the same?

Here is how to "guarantee first place in a Google Search":

You put a phrase like this at the top of your home page on your website:

Intra factorum positvoo pluractical pentorum spectlear by Radlite Perdiumnorbum

Then, when anybody searches for "Intra factorum positvoo pluractical pentorum spectlear by Radlite Perdiumnorbum"
Then I will guarantee you will be found in 1st place. Simples!


Now, obviously, your website should have a different phrase, but as obscure as my example.
If you copied my example, you'll only get 2nd place behind my website

Which is exactly why I detest the booking sites where you pay extra for a gold listing to be more visible but if everyone does this you are no more visible than you were before, just poorer!
