Free Standing Appliances Cannot be Claimed For

Post by apexblue »

Note from accountant to say above can't be claimed for but integrated can. Not sure when this happened.
It is better to remain quiet and have one think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt....

The biggest mistake we make in life is thinking we have time.

I don't think that applies to holiday letting, I think that's to residential landlords?

Lots of articles out there, I just picked this one at random - it talks about furnished and unfurnished - neither of which applies to holiday home letting. http://www.spurlingcannon.co.uk/blog/pe ... -fcca-tep/

I claim for free standing appliances.....

I think Nemo is right, your accountant is referring to furnished lettings rather than holiday lettings.
