The Dinner Budget is at the range of 17,000 GBP for now and it remain
very flexible pending our final conclusion. Please do let me have the
details of all i should know so we can make about the services you can
provide as regards the wedding arrangement. Estimates and calculations
should be based on the quoted budget.

I agree, annedab. Must be aiming for caviar, lobster, Moet, rather than prawn cocktail, chicken whatever and sparkling white non-vintage.
Anyway, La Chouette, surely you could work out some counter-scam whereby they send you the money BEFORE you tell them you can't accommodate their (well planned out in advance - not!) wedding???
