I charge a straight monthly rate to avoid adding specific dates mid month for price changes. With the exception of the low season, so from November to the Friday before Christmas I have my lowest rate then I have a slightly higher Christmas/New Year rate with a min 5 night stay up to the first Friday after New Year, then I revert back to the low rate until the end of March from there onwards each month has its own rate depening on the season.
