HomeAway multi-units

This is not exactly a new topic because there is one thread running in the Bookings section but thought it needed bringing up on here.
HomeAway have turned off Rates and Calendars for all Multi-units (I am unsure whether this is just subscriptions or not). Apparently they were running an A/B test which turned off ALL rates and calendars for ALL adverts, this test is now finished. They have put back rates and calendars for everyone except multi-units.
There is a thread running on the HomeAway forum and the constant advice is to ring CS UK which I will be doing today.
This is a significant change to our advert, which is a subscription. One that is not acceptable.
I don't understand why they seem intent on trying to make it impossible for us to rent out our properties.
