OD (/HA) Ranking metrics

Be warned, they seem to be having a fiddle this morning...I only logged in to update the calendar, but spotted a new 'button' under performance (I could hyphonate those last words, but that's a different issue!).

Ranking Metrics : I get this message :

Not today, thanks...

Analytics: "Sorry, Analytics isn't available right now. Please try again later."

Then I check my inbox: "You have no messages"....well I did, until you fiddled....

Then my reservations: " You have no reservations"
Well I did, and I do, albeit not paid through your platform, and no client data added....

I suppose my property's not visible either, but I'm going to have another coffee before I work out how many filters I need to apply to find it...

So what AM I getting for my subscription?
