Holiday Rentals Site Mexico?

My mother has an amazing apartment in the Centro Historico of Mexico city that she wants to start using for holiday lets. Can anyone recommend a rental listings site?
I just bought a condo in Playa del Carmen and my first move is going to be to sign up for HomeAway, VRBO and Holiday Rentals. I have just stumpled upon a website www.advertisemyvillaforfree.com that reviews loads of free listing sites so that is going to be my weekend project. I hear people have had great success listing on Craigslist too.
Unfortunately the market in Mexico just hasn't recovered from the swine flu epidemic. We got the condo in May and were assured by our property manager that she would have the place rented in no time and of course the swine flu broke out only two weeks later! Things are bouncing back so it's time to get marketing! Any advice?
