We have guests booked in for this Saturday - 3 adults and 2 teenage children. They have paid €390 for the week.

I have just spoken to my cleaner and the lanes around the area are totally iced up, top temperature at the moment is -3, going down to -11.
The cleaner is not prepared to risk her car so won't go to open up and warm up the house to prepare for the guests. I have spoken to a friend who lives locally and he has confirmed that it is really cold and icy. Given that the house has been empty for 2 weeks and even if we could find someone with a 4x4 wiling to risk driving there to warm it up I personally would not want to be there in this biting cold so I am going to contact the guests to offer to refund their money.

However, I would love to be able to offer an alternative,

Is there anyone with a warm, empty property available from Saturday, preferably within 3 hours drive of Calais?
