Hi all, looking for help, can anyone recommend an agent or way to sell our holiday cottage on the edge of the Lake District, we have contacted a couple of local Estate Agents but we are not confident they are experienced enough in selling holiday let only properties. Any help would be appreciated

We just sold a rental property with sitting tenants through Gumtree. Also advertised on Preloved & Sarah Beaney's site Tepilo. All are free & we had enquiries from all of them & sold through Gumtree. Just be aware that you will get calls from a new breed of freelance 'agent' wanting to market it for you, they put it on Zoopla & Rightmove, we just politely declined.
Give it a go, you have nothing to lose. Also as we were just selling & not purchasing we used a conveyancer instead of a solicitor, again sourced fron the Sarah Beaney site. We reckon we have saved about 3K on this overall.
