Can anyone please advise us on buying a holiday chalet on a small holiday site near Fontenay Le Comte, this I suppose is similar to a caravan purchase in that the chalet would be ours but in the event that the site is unsuitable we may be looking to sell it or re-site it at some point in the future.
Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Middle aged couple I am nuts about fishing

Where abouts is the site? We live nearby and may be able to give some advice on suitability. I notice there are some being built locally right next to a night club.
