Booking.com - how do i know if a guest has paid?

Hi all

After listing with Booking.com for a while a booking has finally dropped in. Now I am not sure how I can tell if the guest has paid. My terms are 25% deposit with final balance due 8 weeks before the start of the stay. I can see in a secure area on the site the guest credit card details but where does it tell me he has actually paid?

Please can any that uses Booking.com advise. I have also sent an email to CS but replies always seem to take days....

you need to process the payment yourself. booking.com don't process the payment, they just pass the cc details to you.

Also, keep in mind two important things:

1. If the guest has passed credit card information, booking.com will ONLY show this three times, and will DELETE it after two weeks.

2. Unless you tell them to, booking.com will NOT transmit the card security code
