obvious refund request scam

just putting this obvious scam here for anyone who gets one similar and has any doubts - had two like this during the last few days...names are always different so no point in highlighting those.

Hope all well and thanks for your mail but can you double check your figures
as I can see an amount of $ 64 which was charged to our Mastercard on the 12 May so
the amount you have refunded is incorrect. Please see the attached scan of purchase order!!!
