Not sure about this. We have our rental property for sale on EyeonSpain. Actually it has been there for several years but at a ridiculous price which I was about to reduce to see if we could get any proper interest.

However before I got round to that I get an enquiry from AK

dear mr miss.

I have interst in your property.

can you send me please some futher info and details about the property.

Please confirm a.s.a.p

Regards,

Now I might have been jumping up and down but given that the price asked on our ad reflects a price going back ten years to the peak of the market, do I need to be suspicious?

Oh yes you need to be totally suspicious, but where's the harm in replying and seeing where it takes you?

But it is the asap bit that would make me most suspicious. Typical scammers tactic.

I replied directing him to my rental website for more details about the house.

So far no come-back!
