A Google search for "Dr xxxxxxxxxxx Dubai" will indeed produce this thread because it is indexed by Google, nothing to do with your iPad cache or history. Anyone would find the same, regardless. I don't think it would please him too much, either. However, most members seem to think it's okay - I find that bizarre, but there you go.
I don't have a strong view either way, but making it "Members Only" would not change this section's usefulness as far as I can see.
