I've replied to zoho with the header and message content. The link they sent in their email is very helpful in pointing people towards how to collect the full header from whatever email account they use. So they might nullify 'Anne's' account, but with any free email service 'Anne' will just be back with a new ID. Do email providers cross reference IP addresses when they block someone?

I received the same reply Kev. The Annes of this world will just set up another account elsewhere, but at least zoho took action, unlike many of the big boys.
