Subject - possibile booking

Hello

Hi can you tell me if your property is available on the above dates? Also is there wifi at the property? Is there a local shop/bar within walking distance?
Thank you.

Regards.

Mary

No Dates above and her email is mary {at} name of well know London university.business

I would have thought someone at a university would be able to spell "possible" even if they do accidentally forget to add dates or even say what property they are asking about.

Actually it is not a university as that would be Goldsmiths and this on has no s on it.

Looks like it's back to the format the scammers used to use - random questions most of which are covered in the listing anyway.

So if I reply what is likely to happen?

Overpayment scam
Get bombarded with loads of other spam emails?

Anything else?

Usually an attachment saying here are our booking details or a phishing link.It doesn't matter how you reply as I think they are automated. The first email is just a softner to win a little belief that it might not be a scam.
