French property transfer.

Someone local to us in the UK has inherited a house from her mother in the Ardennes. She is buying her two sisters out of the property but obviously needs to transfer the property to her name. French notaire has not been helpful. Can anyone recommend a French qualified solicitor in the UK. The one I was recommended years ago does not seem to be in business now.
