Definitely a scam, but thankfully an obvious one except for those new to the business of letting which is why I am putting this here. A document attached (presumably a virus or a googlemail sign in or something - the email address is gmail). From a completely unknown person:

Please view in the attached document, names and dates of our gathering individuals so you can make the booking contract. Please put the payment details in the booking contract.
