OD/HA cancellation policys

I just noticed this on one of my adverts (the other one is ok)

50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Don't know how long it has been there.

There is a drop down of policys you can choose from.Even the strictly policy is no good for me as the deposit paid is always non refundable so I'm going to have to use the no refund one which will probably mean even less enquiries for the future. Anyway just a heads up for people to check their adverts
