Sorry I am late with a reply. We use Intasure for insurance, which includes full public liability insurance too.

Just a final comment. I believe Intasure are the only insurers that cover earth quake damage with a £5k excess. Intasure are not the cheapest but with the earth quake over, it may be worth the additional premium.

I just renewed ours (UK), was through Boshers for two years and always thought them expensive, just renewed through Schofields who came in more than 50% cheaper...
