I read on here about a clear screen fitted over tiles in the shower but can't find it.

Can anyone recommend please.

Do you mean a screen or a new plastic sheet surface that can be used rather than retiling? I have seen this used in a few places as it is very quick and simple to fit.

Not sure why you'd put clear screening over tiles?
However, Zenolite are one of many manufacturers of acrylic shower wall panels in multiple finishes that are increasingly popular instead of tiles. Various factory finished sizes, but a retro-fit would require careful installation.

It's a clear screen that covers tiles. Needed as to leaks to sitting room below.

Wouldn't it be better/easier to fix the leak?
Surely the proposed method is asking for condensation or worse between the two surfaces which will cause an even bigger problem long term.

Do you know where it is actually leaking? We spent a long while chasing a leak thinking it was the screen or the joint between the tiles and tray. Only after fixing all of this did we find it was where the shower valve went into the wall!

We recently had a leak that turned out to be on the pipe feeding into the shower - it had been installed with the wrong type of joint. The plumber replaced it with a soldered joint and refitted the shower without affecting any of the tiles. Might be worth getting a plumber to look at it before you do anything to the tiles.
