AirBnb problem

Has anyone else experienced this?
We have an enquirer who wants to book. We have pre-approved her booking, which gives her 24 hours to pay. After 24 hours, the approval is withdrawn and she contacts us to say that AirBnb tell her they are still "checking her bank details".
So we pre-approve it again, another 24 hours elapses, and she says AirBnB are still checking her bank details. Can we pre-approve it again? Which we do, and the same thing happens.
Of course our enquirer may be "at it" but she has 7 verifications, 1 review, and has been recommended by one host.
I've tried contacting AirBnb, but there seems to be no way to do this? Does anyone know how to get hold of them.
