Guide for holiday home owners in Italy

Does anyone have a link which explains everything in some detail that must be done by a non resident company running holiday lets in Italy to be in regola?
Or perhaps even a guide for non resident private people letting holiday houses?

I haven't found anything like that. We are private owners, resident in Italy, and over the last 12 years have learnt the hard way.

AFAIK there is no information on holiday rentals for non Italian residents. It is all related to living here.
Like Debbie I can help you on resident related queries.
If you personally know of any non resident companies or private persons perhaps you could contact them for advice.
