Hi can anyone give me a link for the latest requirements to obtain a rental licence in Andalucia. I have two properties one is in an urbanised area the other is not. We looked into this last year but were told by various people including a lawyer that things kept changing. Many thanks.

The process hasn't changed and you can do a search on the Spain section which sets out our experience of getting a licence for a Vivienda con Fines Turisticos (easy and straightforward). The process for a rural properties is also straightforward and if you have a good town hall they can be a great help.

I have come across a lot of people who seem to mix up the rural and urban systems and also there is a lot of misinformation about and people saying it is more complicated than it really is.
