Starting a 4 bedroom B&B in the spring, with 3 double bedrooms and one room with 3 singles. Potentially having 9 people from breakfast.

Do you just use a normal dish washer or should I look at something more industrial?

A normal dishwasher should be fine. We've a 'hyrbid' b&b... i.e. in the summer we're a 15 bed b&b (with another 5 'covers' for our family when we graze off the leftovers once the guests have eaten) and in winter we rent out the whole chalet to groups of up to 20. We also have a kitchen open for our guests to use, so the dishwasher's often on twice a day.
