Let down by our previously 100% reliable Portuguese cleaner (plus her back-ups) with 12 hours' notice and two iminent changeovers, we really want to make sure this doesn't happen again.
There's a communication problem (both of us - dodgy French, dodgy Spanish + Altavista is our normal mode) and I wanted to send a 1/2 page fax in Portuguese a.s.a.p.
Willing to pay commercial rate....communication by fax or e-mail. Any leads?

Hi Fil
when sending a PM you have to make sure you put something in the subject box [just fil would do]
Sometimes I get caught like this and you think it been sent
[if you look in your sent box at the top it should tell you if it been sent or sometimes it in the outbox waiting to be collected...when MG logs in...
but if MG pmed you and you replied to his pm it should be fine  ....
Ros trying to help and probably making things worse 
Anyway Fil its lovely to see you jumping to MGs rescue....
