They would have made only 15 in commission, which makes the 120 penalty fee seem rather harsh. Money grabbers.

Youre right, it does depend on our market situation. I really need to start asking guests why they chose to book with a certain listing site, get a feel of the customers requirements.

Jonathan, I also have a strict policy with Airbnb, but airbnb overruled it. Airbnb is the boss and when you put your property on their site, you automatically you agree with Airbnb's policy.
