Ha used to fill my villa for c 20 to 30 weeks per year. I reckon 2 years ago the algorithm for ranking dumped me down to 600 of 11000, so i have done nothing since with them.

I ll stay with them ...

Yes that's 6% owner and 11% client. There is no cap either, it used to be 250 client side but I did a phantom enquiry for Mine and the fee came out at 290.

17% is a chunky fee on a 3k holiday.

I replaced the sand with glass last year and its much more efficient. Biggest win is the use of a strong algicide. I can reduce my pump hours by a few a day easily.

I once did a long summer let at a discount price. Guests were an absolute nightmare and I had them for c 7 weeks. Biggest mistake ever, I should have stuck with the regular 1 or 2 weekers.

Well done. If it is a pool you should get an idea of timeframe for the pecker, then a few days of gunniting at a later date. Good luck phoning them it will come as a shock.
