I filled in the forms recently, they asked a lot of questions this time rather than throwing money at us.
Too many people here with 2nd homes and claiming to let them out to avoid council tax.

We got a couple of bookings when we first went with them and then nothing. Have cancelled all OTA sites now and can only book direct.

You can get them to turn dynamic pricing off, but they will tell you the world will end and will get no bookings.

That's possible. We negotiated 11 weeks owner bookings with them, maybe that is part of the reason.
