I hate it when guests turn up early!

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

I was thinking back to our holidays we used to take in Barbados..when we had disposable incomes...and were in the big rat race..do I miss it? NO!!

The flight home was always in the evening - there they used to put a couple of rooms aside for all the folk leaving that day - so all the luggage could be kept safe - you could have a day on the beach and there was somewhere to shower and get changed - when the folk arrived on the plane all jet lagged you were due to go back on, their rooms were all ready for their arrival - I didn't have a problem with sharing a shower on the last day - in fact I was very grateful to hotel doing that, giving us extra time..we could easily have been forced to sit around surrounded by suitcases wearing our travel gear for the day.
it's all a learning curve!
