I was using rentcalendar until I found out about http://www.jhplace.net/jrac here on Lay My Hat. If you've not done so already, you can read about it here: viewtopic.php?t=114&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=15 .

Unfortunately it isn't free any more, but there is a free trial, and even after that it's only $5!
