We've now getting frosts at night but wonderful sunny days. The most delicate plants are covered at night in tesuta non tesuta, a light fleece. Is it better to remove it to allow as much sun on the plants, or can they be left covered in the day as well?
Just noticed the slugs are still making a slimey path towards the best plants. When do they give up for the winter?
We're due for snow on Boxing Day or just after, so pray it's not much and not for long.
