"Good morning , sorry can't make our mind up on this yet.

I will contact you when we have made our decision. Hope you have a good season ."

On the one hand he looks he still might book but yet to make up his mind, On the other he is politely saying no.

I wouldn't hold my breath - but it could be one of those that surprises you - if you still have the dates left when he finally makes up his mind!!!!

I wonder if they are also owner-renters and are just "keeping you in the loop".

This was my clue:
Hope you have a good season

He may make up his mind if you get another enquiry for part of the same time frame - hope you nab this one Paul and I agree Richard, very possibly has a rental home himself.

Paul I'd reply saying thanks, sympathising with being sure the property is right for him and asking if there's any further info you could supply - tho' I'm sure you've already done that. Finally I'd mention that you'll keep him in the loop and let him know if you have any enquirers for the chosen period. Then as others have suggested I'd contact him in a couple of weeks.

Hopefully it's more an issue about the time period and location, than your property - so there may be factors you can't control.

Here's hoping he comes back to you.
