Site/Forum for Cycling holidays

Anyone know of any sites that are aimed at self catering cyclists? I've seen a few that do the whole package, bike hire, organised tours, accommodation etc. I'm just wondering if a site exists for people who want to go on a self organised holiday, hire their own bikes and generally explore an area.. and where people like us who have self catering accommodation in areas where cyclists want to cycle can advertise such houses as holiday lets!

Or even a cycling forum with an advertising section?

My workplace promotes cycling tourism but just for the UK. I've looked on our website under the international section and here is a link for the European Cyclist Federation http://www.ecf.com/ I haven't had a good look around it but maybe if you dropped them an email they might point you in the direction of a suitable site.
