I am finding that more and more of my replies - especially to hotmail addresses - are going into the recipients Spam/Bulk files by mistake.
I want to warn people of this on our website and recommend that they look in this file if they do not receive a reply from us.
Would a French email account call a Spam/Bulk file the same as a British account or is there a different name I should use to avoid confusion?
Many thanks,
Brenda

Most technical words are the same, so either 'fichier spam' or more formally 'courriers indésirables'.
