Sorry Crystal . . . Self Invested Personal Pensions . . . where you are allowed to take control over your own Pension Fund investments under certain permitted conditions. We've been trying to get funds released from a fund for some time now in the hope of investing it in further property in Spain. With the relaxation of regulations next April this should be possible . . . but it will be the same for a lot of people, so could be good for the property market out there, but probably not so good for the rentals market!

Yes, dreadfully American based now... though H-R is/was a UK organization.
Did I read correctly that the systems are going to remain based in the UK (eg, with H-R)? That's surprising. Maybe I misread the latest H-R newsletter?
