Same as Margaret - 50% on booking and 50% 8 weeks before arrival (with damamge deposit)

Bit different to everyone else... we take 35% deposit with balance due 12 weeks before arrival. Never had any complaints and only 1 cancellation in 5 years. Touch wood! :wink:
