Well..I think this must be a record!
We had a group of golfers from Denmark who booked the villa for a week in March 2004. Normally for international clients we ask for their bank details so that we can return the security deposits. I emailed the request after they left. We had no reply...so we sent a reminder..still got no reply.
Well we had an email today, nearly 2 years later requesting the return of the deposit as he has now opened a bank account in Gran Canaria! I emailed him and forwarded the emails we had sent to him requesting his bank details and he's just replied saying that he admits it was entirely his fault.
I have told him I will honour the return of his deposit, but I'm still stunned!
