B&B needed

I have guests in July who are returning via Angers and they would like a 1 nights stay within easy reach from the airport. They will be travelling from the west. This would be for Sat night 22nd July and they would need 2 double bedrooms and a cot. (2 couples + baby). Has anyone got availability or can recommend a family friendly small hotel or guest house.
