Panic

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

Panic

Post by Bellywobble »

The weather here is absolutely glorious and we have guests arriving tonight.
We only started renting last summer and advertise a "large, private, sunny terrace". I've just been down to sweep and there is no sun on the terrace at all!!!!
There's plenty of it on the top terrace which is directly above but a large tree is shading the lower area. This doesn't happen in the summer when the sun is higher.
The guests can of course come up and use the top terrace, but I'm feeling awful about it as the top one is shared with us and not private.
There's nothing I can do, obviously, but just needed to tell someone.

Hi, Kayley - I feel your pain. We want things to be just perfect... but I think your guests will understand. It *is* winter after all. Even here in Iberia. 8)

Just be your obviously wonderful self and your attention to detail should shine through loud and clear. Lucky guests!

Um abraço,

I shouldn't worry - you can hardly move the sun can you. Tell them to come back in a few months time
