Handling review response (help, please)

Post by Tizfata »

Good morning everyone!
Some days ago, a lovely couple of guest submitted a very positive revew on H-R and gave us 5 stars :D
They are Americans on a very long journey around Europe and they asked in advance about the internet conncetion that was important for them to update their travel blog and stay in touch with families and friends.
During their stay we gave them an "internet USB key". Its use had some problems (nothing that could not be solved before evening if notified in the morning), so they wrote:
Our only challenge was the poor internet connection and we spent many unnecessary hours trying to connect or stay connected.

We are aware of the importance of staying connected so now, even after their experience, we bought this device (

What should I write in the "Owner's Response" to thank them for the review and explain that, even thanks to their experience, we bought a new device and internet connection is no more a problem?
As you can read, I am not very good in summarize my thoughts
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Have a nice day!

"Many thanks for your review and feedback, as a result of which we've now invested in improved equipment for our guests' internet connection."

No problem - sometimes words just come easily to me (often rather too many  ). It's nice to be able to help!
