Paris property managers anyone?

I have been having a heck of a time finding someone who would agree to go take a look at my central Paris (Les Halles/Chatelet) flat in between renters, keep copies of the keys, arrange for a housekeeper at the end of each rental and accept 50 euros for each check-in/out. Does anyone have a person who is reliable who would like the occasional cash? Right now, I have a couple of Americans going over in August and I will give them the keys here in NYC. Then, I have the daughter of a friend going from September to December. I need someone who will be available as soon as possible, but no later than December. I prefer to do longer-term rentals. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

If you still haven't found anyone to manage your Paris property, I have a couple of friends who are in the business and may be able to offer assistance to you.

I own and manage Paris properties but specialise in the Montmartre area. My friends, however, handle properties throughout the city.
