links?

Everything to do with using your own website to advertise your rental property. Design, usability, hosting, getting listed on the search engines, optimising your site, pay-per-click, etc, etc.

Sorry if this is a silly question but if I want to put links to other sites on my site do I need the site owners permission or can I just go ahead?
Also how do I do it using 1&1 or is it not that simple :?

you can just go ahead of course and add links to other sites. However its more beneficial to you in terms of search engine placement if you have links coming back in.
