Discount for extra week
From our experience DO NOT discount. OK - now we do B+B, but until 4 years ago we had a holiday home on the Costa that we let out when we were in UK. On 2 occasions we had parties requesting a 3rd High Season week at reduced rate - against our better judgement we agreed. In both cases, the house was very well cared for the first fortnight BUT the final week they had massive parties and left the place in a terrible state. Cost of renewing cushions, crockery etc ruined far exceeded what we had charged for extra week.

Hope all goes well, Maria. For the record, we rarely give discounts in high season as we know those weeks will go. Our only exception is a family who have been coming to us for years and always leave the place spotless. That's worth a few quid when I'm in Mrs Mop mode!

Hi. I never give discounts in high season as these always go.I don't discount for fewer people either. We price competitively anyway!
