I appreciate there are exceptions, but it's a big red flag to me that these are generally people I want to avoid, so it would take a lot for me to want to take their booking.
Your availability calendar seems to indicate you don't need the bookings as it seems very healthy, so well done! They look lovely properties with fab views. I see that you offer discounts, both on your website and your facebook page, so you do discount but not to those who actually ask for one off a published rate?
