Authorisation Request/Daily Telegraph

For the last five days I have been unable to open either my homepage of the daily telegraph or get into it's site via my browser (Google Chrome).
I am asked for an authorisation request with user name and password.

This request is not common to my laptop. It is appearing on both my son's laptop and also on the computer of the pc assistance guys in their office, which obviously has nothing to do with my pc or modem. Which begs the question surely if it's a problem on their servers, surely in five days it should have been resolved....

Is anyone else having this problem? Short of phoning them to ask the reason (will have to buy a copy since I can't access their site for contact numbers) I don't know how to get round this.
