Can you still get good deals to buy rental villa in Orlando

Wanted to ask if they are building any new communities that allow vacation rentals close to Disney, Or can you get a better deal on a newer ready to go that someone needs to get out of? Thanks.

If you join top-forums.com you can get in touch with mainly Orlando area owners.
They can give you all info you want, but there's a risk that the majority will try and sell you theirs. :wink:

If you are serious about buying in Florida then look at resales or foreclosures to start with .There are some estates that were mothballed that are starting to come to life again but few.
It is a tough market to be in with thousand of homes in a relatively small area plus all the condos and hotels.
